Delete your Mimicly account

You can delete your Mimicly account from the app or request deletion help by email. Account deletion removes your Mimicly account, saved projects, exports, settings, preferences, and login access from production systems.

Delete from the mobile app

1. Open Mimicly and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Account removal.
4. Review the deletion steps and type DELETE when you are sure.

Delete from the web app

1. Sign in at mimicly.net/login.
2. Open your profile page.
3. Choose Delete account and complete the confirmation step.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account, email info@mimicly.net from the email address connected to your Mimicly account. Include the words "account deletion request" so we can route it correctly.

What is deleted

• Your Mimicly user account and login access.
• Saved projects, export records, thumbnails, and account preferences stored by Mimicly.
• Session records and app data tied directly to the deleted account where deletion is technically available.

What may be kept

Billing, purchase, fraud-prevention, tax, dispute, backup, and security records may be kept where required by law, payment providers, app stores, or legitimate security needs. Backup copies age out on the normal backup schedule.

Subscriptions

Deleting a Mimicly account does not directly cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel store subscriptions from your Apple or Google account before deleting if you have an active plan.
