Monthly plans

You can cancel a monthly web plan from your profile. You keep Pro access through the paid period, and the plan will not renew.

Lifetime plan

Lifetime is a one-time $12.99 launch-discount purchase. Try the free tier first if you are unsure whether Mimicly fits your workflow.

In-app purchases

iOS and Android purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests for those purchases go through the store where the purchase was made.

Billing issues

If something looks wrong, email info@mimicly.net with your account email and approximate purchase date. We review duplicate charges, clear billing mistakes, and unauthorized-charge reports case by case.

Service changes

If Mimicly is ever wound down, we will give notice and help users export saved work where practical.
