Refund Policy

This is a plain-language summary, not individualized legal advice.
1. Our position, plainly
Mimicly is a low-cost digital service. All sales are final. We do not offer money-back guarantees or trial-period refunds. Cancel any time — see how below.
2. Monthly subscription
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time from your profile. When you cancel, you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for, and your card is not charged again.
We do not pro-rate partial months. If you cancel on day 3 of a 30-day cycle, you still have access through day 30. There is no refund for the unused portion.
3. Lifetime purchase
Lifetime is a one-time $15 purchase. It is non-refundable. Before buying, try the free tier — it covers 15 niche templates and full PNG export so you can evaluate fit.
4. In-app purchases (iOS / Android)
Purchases made inside the Mimicly iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests for those purchases are handled directly by the store, not by Mimicly:
- iOS / iPadOS: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android: request a refund at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
If the store refunds an in-app purchase, your Pro access is revoked automatically when we receive the refund webhook. To manage or cancel a store subscription, open Profile → Manage in store in the app.
5. Accidental or unauthorised charges
If you believe a charge is unauthorised (someone else used your card, duplicate charge, clear billing error), email info@mimicly.net within 7 days. We will review each case and resolve fairly. Chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
6. Consumer protection law
Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction (for example, EU directives on digital services, or Turkish consumer law) apply regardless of this policy. This policy does not override any right you have that cannot be waived by contract.
7. Service discontinuation
If we discontinue the service entirely, lifetime customers will receive an export of all their data. We do not guarantee refunds in that scenario but will communicate clearly about any wind-down.
