Yes. Upload a still as the post image. The interface sits on top, so leave some space at the bottom and right edge for the caption and counts.

Can I turn it into a video?

This template exports still images (PNG or JPG). Add the image to your video editor as an overlay. MP4 recording is available on supported messaging and AI conversation templates.
